Mr George Spink

From initial telephone discussion, through consultation and then my operation Mr. Spink has been both professional and sympathetic to my L2/L3/L4 spinal stenosis condition. He explained fully the reasons for and all the treatment options, answering my questions in a concise but easily understandable manner so much so that I was able to decide that surgery would be the best option. The operation. subsequently performed by Mr. Spink at The Royal Infirmary on 14/12/20, has been in my opinion a tremendous success because as of the 18/12/20 I now have greater feeling in my left leg and the pain experienced before is now much less. In conclusion I would state that the above experience has filled me with admiration for Mr. Spink, his Neurosurgical team and all staff on Ward 4.

Mr Spink is extremely knowledgeable and very professional, but for me, the most important thing is that you feel he is listening to what you have to say when you are explaining your symptoms and concerns.
